At Chapter, we divide the process into, you guessed it, Chapters. Even though we are a creative agency based in London, we work with clients all over the world. No matter if you are at the beginning of your business journey or very well on it already, we are here to support you and answer any questions as we go.

Chapter 1 | Discovery

This is the initial part that is all about asking questions. It is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and understand your business. On the other hand, it is also a chance for you to understand how we work and learn more about our process. We want to be on the same page about the brand’s vision, goals and needs. The more we know at this stage, the better we will collectively be able to support you. That is why we don’t just talk, we listen.

Chapter 2 | Vision

No matter if we are taking on an app design, a website refresh or a branding project, this is the phase that allows us to strategise and collate our ideas. Then we will propose a strategy and present you these ideas. Of course, we welcome an open conversation and feedback.

Chapter 3 | Creative

Using your feedback, we will start developing these ideas further. This is the stage where we will completely immerse ourselves into the work, using all the information and knowledge we gathered from the first two Chapters. We will create different routes, each with a unique look and feel, that fit your brand. After we are confident that our designs meet your business vision and goals, we will present you the final concepts for discussion and feedback. 

Chapter 4 | Delivery

We will share with you all the agreed final deliverables for the most exciting part – seeing them come to life! Whether they are websites, social media content or physical products, we are equally as thrilled on the day of the launch.
